Driving Directions to BG&CC

From the North:

If approaching the city of Bend from the North or Northwest, take the parkway south though the city of Bend.  Take the last exit from the parkway, before it returns to Hwy 97 So.  This will be a left exit from the parkway at “Hwy 97 Business” exit.  It will take you off the parkway and you will be going North on 3rd st. (Business Hwy. 97)  The first signal is Murphy Rd.  Turn right (east) and continue 3 blocks to Country Club Dr. Turn right and we are located on the right side of the street across from the fire station.

From the South:

Traveling north on Hwy 97. Do no get on the parkway.  Take the Business 97 exit onto3rd St.  Continue to the stop light at Murphy Rd.  Turn right (east) and continue 3 blocks to Country Club Dr.  Turn right and we are located on the right side of the street across from the fire station.

Dress Code  

The Dress code applies to everyone including guests and youngsters/juniors.  Proper attire is required in order to maintain proper decorum.
Athletic/Tennis Facility-Appropriate workout attire is expected. Ragged or torn clothing is not acceptable. Non-marking tennis shoes are required for all athletic activities.
Pool Area-A cover-up or shirt is required over your swimsuit and footwear must be worn walking from golf locker rooms to pool area.
Snack Bar-A cover-up or shirt is required over your swimsuit and footwear must be worn.
Clubhouse & Golf Course-
Men and Women:  Steel spikes are not permitted.  Soft spikes may be worn in the clubhouse and on the outside deck.  Tailored warm-ups are permitted, although not in the Cascade Room/dining room, whereas fleece sweat suits are not acceptable. Sweatshirts (neat and clean) are permitted, although not in the Cascade Room/dining room, provided they are not sporting logos or slogans which are profane, suggestive or in poor taste.  Head wear is not permitted in the Cascade Room/dining room.  Clean and neat denim pants (no baggie pants) are permitted in all areas except in the  Cascade Room/dining room (except when posted). 
Men: The men's dress code will consist of appropriate golf attire at all times.  Shirt and pants, or tailored shorts, and shoes are to be worn on the golf course, practice areas, putting greens and in the clubhouse.  Attire not conforming to these criteria is unacceptable.  Shirts are to have collars and sleeves.  Shirts are to be tucked in unless banded.  Shorts are to be tailored, (no baggie shorts) have a zipper fly and a length of no less than mid-thigh.
Women: The ladies' dress code will consist of appropriate golf attire at all times.  Skirts, pants or tailored shorts, shirts and shoes are to be worn on the golf course, practice areas, putting greens and in the clubhouse.  Attire not conforming to these criteria is unacceptable.  Sleeveless tops are permitted only when constructed with a collar.  Tops are to be tucked in unless banded. Golf appropriate type t-shirts (designed, color coordinated) are permitted.  Tank tops, halter-tops, t-shirts and bare midriffs are not permitted.  Shorts are to be tailored and have a length of no less than mid-thigh.
Children/Juniors - The same rules apply to all children/juniors.  Exceptions can be made for infants and small children as deemed appropriate by the Club Staff.  Members are responsible for acquainting their guests, including children, with these dress rules.

Appropriate attire is available in the Golf Shop.  The General Manager, the Food and Beverage Manager or their designees, the Golf Professional and Golf Marshals are responsible for and have the authority for the enforcement of all rules and regulations pertaining to the dress code.
